My family has been going to this Mexican restaurant in the Ranchos for a while now, and it never disappoints. They serve the best authentic Mexican food, street tacos are my absolute favorite. The flavors are incredible, and you can tell everything is made with love and care. The owners are super nice and friendly, always making you feel welcomed. They've definitely earned a customer for life with their amazing food and hospitality!

Best albondiga soup around. Smallish interior seating so sometimes hard to get a table. Good service. I live five minutes away and eat here 2-3 times a month.
This place is good. But... it could use some better management in regards to service and being ready for everyday business. Also extra help to take phone orders and/ or to check on patrons. I know that keeping people employed and staying afloat financially is difficult these days (even if your employees maybe relatives). That's were you have to decide if you want to carry on or get out while you're ahead.
Best birria north of the border! The birria tacos are amazing with the meat being marinated in flavor to perfection and tastes as if it melts in your mouth. Tortillas were great too. The only drawback is there could be more fillings (i.e. more onion and cilantro) and radishes are needed. As a birria expert I give it a strong 8 on the birria scale and a 9.4 on the all food scale. Very hospitable too, would recommend.
10/21/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! Ham breakfast burrito with egg whites & jalapeños added with hot sauce on the side ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went in to pick it up. Nice, little restaurant. Calm. Tv up on the wall. Lots of seating. Booths & tables. Safe & clean. Greeted and the order was almost ready. Paid for it & waited a little while before it was ready and the worker was happy to bag it along with good day wishes! 10/22/23 Happy sunday everyone! Breakfast burrito split. My half was REALLY DELICIOUS! Homemade flour tortilla, fresh jalapeños, tasty egg white & potatoes! Even better with their super hot salsa! I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers! Great service & Great breakfast burrito! Highly Recommended!
We came to Madera today pretty suddenly ( our son was out here practicing robotics and dislocated his shoulder! We ended up trying to find a place for dinner on short notice and Yelp came to our rescue This place is right next to the gas station ( for the win - we had to top it off). It has a cozy homey feel and the hostess and the servers were super friendly. They started us off with the free salsa and chips which were delish ( we asked them to hit us with more spice and they happily obliged). I got the Chile Relleno which was alright ( honestly I have had better) BUT the home made corn tortillas and the chicken fajitas sealed the deal for us - if we are ever in Madera again we will definitely hit up this place. Cameron was one of the friendliest person and was so easy to talk to...we will be back!
